Activation
Activate your editor/society member subscription – after entering your Customer/Member Number and specifying a participating society, if applicable, you will designate a personal user name and password
Activate your institutional subscription – as an institutional account administrator, you can activate your institutional subscription(s) by entering your Customer Number; you may register your authorized IP ranges and assign public user names and passwords as part of the activation steps
Account Manager
Links are provided for institutional account administrators to manage their subscriptions to SAGE Journals Online. You must sign in with your administrator user name and password to access these features.
Edit your account information – view and edit your contact information and your administrator user name and password; modify your registered IP addresses and public user names and passwords
Update your IP addresses – view and modify your registered IP addresses; exclude IP addresses from your registered IP ranges
Update your public user names – view the existing public user names used by your patrons to gain access to content; change the current public user name and password or add new ones
Subscriptions you administer – view a list of all subscriptions with your email address listed as the administrator contact address
Usage reports – view a summary usage report for all titles you administer for the most recent month of available statistics; view your COUNTER usage reports and detailed usage reports for each title

Managing Your Subscriptions To SAGE Journals Online
Editor/Society Members
Links are provided for individual subscribers and registered users to manage their personal subscriptions to SAGE Journals Online. You must sign in with your personal user name and password to access these features.
How to view or change your Subscription Information – view and modify your user demographics and your personal user name and password
What to do if you forget your Customer Number – find contact information for the SAGE Publications U.S. and UK subscription offices to request your customer number for subscription activation
How to change your Password – view your current user name and change your personal user name and/or password
What to do if you forget your User Name and/or Password – request that a new password (and reminder of your chosen user name) be sent to you via email; you must supply either your Customer Number or your chosen user name and verify the email address on file for your subscription to receive a new password
Librarians/E-Serial Administrators
