SAGE Journals Online: My Marked Citations Help

The My Marked Citations page keeps track of article citations you have selected as articles of interest during your current browser session. The complete citation is provided for each article, and links to all available article views are included below the article citation.

The links under For ALL Marked Citations provide the following options:
Show All Abstracts/Hide All Abstracts – select whether or not to display the article Abstract for each citation
Save/Print/Email/Download:
Format – choose to display a format with Citation Only or Citation and Abstract for the action you select
PRINTER FRIENDLY VIEW – access a simple text format with no graphics for easy printing
SAVE to My Computer – save a file with the citations directly to your computer with file formats available for PC, MAC, or UNIX
EXPORT/DOWNLOAD to Citation Manager – download your citations to your Citation Manager software

Two additional features are available when you sign in with your personal user name and password. Access to these features is freely available with a SAGE Journals Online registration. If you do not have a personal user name and password, follow the Register link to create your free registration.

EMAIL – send your marked citations to a designated email address or addresses
ADD to Saved Citations – adds the citations to your Saved Citations

To remove citations from the My Marked Citations page, use the options under For Checked Items. Individual citations can be removed by checking the Select for Deletion box next to the citation's article views and clicking DELETE from My Marked Citations.

To remove all of the citations from the My Marked Citations page, click Check ALL and click DELETE from My Marked Citations. The Uncheck ALL option removes the Select for Deletion checkmark for any citation that has been checked.

You can add up to 100 citations to My Marked Citations, and all citations will be automatically cleared at the end of your browser session.
